Hello my fellow Decemberites, I guess I will go ahead and do the QotD today since one has not been posted yet. Since we are all around 3 months post op...What is your height, Starting weight, Weight now, what is your goal weight for 6 months and finally what is your true goal weight? I'll Start... Height: 4' 11" (short, I know) Starting Weight: 251 (261 2 months before surgery) Weight at 3 months: 199 Goal weight for 6 mo: 171 (about 2 pounds per week, Realistic goal! hope it's more and if it is GREAT!) GOAL WEIGHT 115 Tracy

Hi Tracy! I am 5'4" Starting weight 245 Weight at 3 months 181 (-64) Goal for 6 months 155 Goal 140 and I'd be happy: 125-130 and I'd be on cloud 9! The sun is shining here and Im headed out for a walk...Have a GREAT Day!

Tracy, You look so tall in your picture!! This is a great question since we are all around the same timeframe. Height: 5"2" Highest weight: 274 (last summer (lost weight on Atknis) Weight pre-op: 248 Weight at 3 Months: 208 (-40 post-op) Goal for 6 Months: 180 (ambitious sine I am a slow loser) GOAL WEIGHT: 140 (set by my doctor. I am SO GLAD he didn't go by those silly charts that say I should weigh 115-120...never ever been there) PS How do you like my new 3-month photo??? Lias G

Lisa, Great new picture! You look wonderful!!! I looked at your photo, did not recognise the person so I looked at the name, I said THAT'S LISA!!! Yes, I am a shorty, the only thing that I can explain my "look" of height in my photo is that my husband took it and he is only 5' 3". My goal weight is a personal one, the charts say 125, but I think for my height that is a bit too much! My friend keeps talking about next year when I am a size 4... Boy, I hope I make it to a 4, from a 22 now, it's hard to imagine. I sure as heck am going to try though!!!! Com'mon Size 4!!!! Tracy

Please bare with me I am new to the group here. But love to be included in new things. Height: 6 foot Starting Weight: 498 Weight at 3 months: 421 Goal weight for 6 months: under 380 anywhere close is fine. Goal weight: I dont really have one persay just as long as I am healthier and feeling good but 200 would be lovely. Diana (Wisconsin)

Thanks to all who posted! Looks like we all have pretty realistic goals and I am sure we will all meet them, we will have to compare again at month 4. Make sure we are all on track for making our goals and if not trade ideas and give support to eachother. I think we have the best board on OH! Keep up the great posts!
