Foul gas and BMs

Sorry if this has been discussed before. Since my WLS all my BMs and gas have been foul smelling. I hate to go at work because air freshener and Lysol does not help. Passing gas is soooo embarrassing because the stinch is overpowering. At home I have to open the window but the smell lingers for hours (my bathrooms do not have an exhaust fan). But my fathers house does. And the exhaust fan with air freshener still doesn't help. I purchased internal deoderant chewable tablets from www.wlssuccess.com. I've been using for 4 days but it hasn't helped yet. Is this normal? Collette -40

What types of food are you eating? I know some people complain of this, but they said that they can narrow it down to certain foods caused worse problems than others Jackie

Thanks Jackie. It doesn't matter what I eat. I've been smelling like this since after I got home from the hospital. I didn't eat anything solid for 2 weeks. I just learned that because I had a distal RNY that's just one of the side effects besides not being about to tolerate natural sugars in juice and apple sauce. Love, Collette
