FINALLY under 200!!!

Hello to all, Today is my 3 month post op anniversary. Happy Anniversary to all of the other 12-12-03 post ops! Today my scale FINALLY dropped under 200! I am officially 199.2! WOO HOO!!! What a nice anniversary gift from my scale! I went for a long bike ride on my brand new (just got it last night) Sun touring bike to celebrate. It is a beautiful day today in Florida 75 degrees. Perfect for riding. Monday I go to get my (Painful) IVC removed. YAY! NO more pain (knock wood) Wish me luck! Everyone enjoy the day. Tracy

Congratulations Tracy! You are doing such a fantastic job. I want to buy a bike so bad.... My birthday is next month and I told my hubby (he's in Iraq) that I was going to buy one as a gift from him...lol. I miss riding bikes! ~Rachel

YEAH!!!!! That is awesome! Congrats.... I wish we had nice bike riding weather around here....20-30 right now with biting wind and threats of snow.... will it ever end?! My bike should ride a lot smoother with less weight on it! I hope to be down by 50-60 lbs by the time we can start riding. (April ish) It will be warm 1 week and then the next week it will get cold and have snow flurries in April so it is hard to say when! My bike will thank me! I just home my $90 bike shorts will fit for a while ....didn't get enough wear out of them for the $$ last year.

Well, you will be thinner and happier even if the shorts don't fit anymore AND they can find a new home on Ebay! Tracy
