Naughty weekender anyone?

Hello to all, Does anyone else out there mess up thier diet on the weekends? I am guilty of skipping meals on the weekends, forgetting to take my vits and not getting in my protein. Last weekend was really bad as we had company, one meal only each day! It took me until today to recover!!! That lack of protein I noticed make me feel tired, I have no energy and the scale stops moving! I MUST do better on weekends! No more naughty weekend for me! Tracy

I'm definitly bad about remembering my vitamins. Also I tend to snack a little more than i should, and I'm always rushing in the evenings to get my water in. As for the scale, I just ignore it! Michelle

This whole week has been the worst! Every time I turn around, I'm eating. I also started exercise again this week. Maybe that did it? Lisa G

I have a really hard time getting all my water in over the weekend and my protein too! During the week I seem to always have a bottle of water within reach. On the weekend I am running after a 3 and 4 year old so.... I will do better this weekend and you will too Tracy! ~Rachel -54

I have the most difficult time at lunch time b/c I am in between working or picking up my kids. I have to make sure to eat..! Weekends are up and down depending on our schedule. I started taking my vitamin at night before I go to bed otherwise I forget! PS...I am excited again today...I lost another pound! Karie -58 lbs :jumpP

very bad cause I sleep in on Sundays....so i wake up for lunch and then the whole day is off! try to cram in the water and protein in less time...sucks Saturday's i have class so I usually get 1/2 my daily water in before i leave at 2pm and take either string cheese/yogurt with me and some kashi crackers or something crunchy.... i need to be able to CHEW! m-f the vitamin/water/protein stuff is much easier to control HOW do you do that sort of thing on shift work?? I will have clinicals in the fall/spring next year from 3-11. running around a hospital, not having a cubicle to store all of my stuff and I can sit a water bottle down... how will i get in my water when my job is to help patients? right now I sit at my desk in front of a computer and type....test software and surf!
