Q.O.D..Day 8

I would have to say that I can't wait to show my ex how wonderful I look! I am happily married and my husband and I have been together for almost 10 years (married 6) but when my ex and I broke up... he kept telling people that he couldn't believe while we dated I had gotten so fat.(Well, I have never been thin so I was big even when we met). My husband is in the Army so I don't run into him or his wife too often, just occassionally when we go home for visits. I can't wait to "accidentally" see him when at goal. Man will that be a great day! He is unhappily married (to a larger woman) and he and my husband have talked and known each other since grade school. At church one Sunday my husband received a compliment on how wonderful I was and my ex agreed. My husband then thanked my ex for breaking up with me...b/c I was the best thing that ever happened to him! I have such a terrific hubby! Sorry this is so long...lol! ~Rachel

Wow! I have to 2nd Peggy. When I was married to my ex he and his family always commented on my weight. He even made a written list of RULES to keep our marriage together. One said that I had to weigh 120lbs. OMG What an a$$! His mother was almost as bad, and SHE is no skinny minnie herself....can't wait for him to see me, thin and happily married to my wonderful husband ~Kimberly

It's not really someone from my past, but someone in my present whom I haven't seen in over a year. She's my mother-in-law. While we have a pretty good relationship as far as in-laws go, she said something when my husband and I got engaged that I never forgot. She asked what size ring I wore, referring to the engagement ring I got. My then fiance replied a size 9 to which she replied "wow, I guess she's a big girl." I've always known I was not her perfect vision of a daughter-in-law, but that question never left my mind. She's coming into town this Sunday (3/14). The last time she saw me I was at my heaviest weight (296 pounds). Since then I've lost 53 pounds (surgery was 12/26/03 44 post op/53 pre-op). Think she'll notice?

who would I like to run into again....this guy named Creighton in Atlanta that broke my heart and the only reason--I was overweight at that time I was around 178 lbs size 16....just imagine if he had seen me at 267 size 26 jeans this past fall! I should probably be around 130/140 at 5'3.5" hmmm who else broke my heart over weight.... initially my hubby but he came around I know there was probably someone else but right now I can't think of anybody!
