Good Morning Decemberites, I woke up to another compliment on the message board! WOW, This will definately be a great day. Great way to start the day! My scale told me this morning that I only have 1.9 pounds until I am finally under 200! What a milestone that will be for me! You can bet I'll be checking the scale every day this week! As long as the scale keeps moving, we are best friends. Now, I need to figure out what breakfast will be this morning. My guess would be a protein suppliment. What are you having for breakfast? I am thinking of having a zone protein bar, but I am still deciding. I have been skipping breakfast, but the doctor told me I had to eat it!!!!!!!!!!! Jackie

I too would just rather skip breakfast, but I am trying to be good and eat or at least DRINK something nutritious for breakfast every day. Now, it seems skipping LUNCH is becoming my problem! Who wants to eat anymore? Most days, I'd rather just skip food all together. Who just said that? Was that me? Tracy
