Nausea

Is anyone having nausea and not able to eat solid foods and sometimes cannot drink water? What does your doc advise? Tracy

Has your doc recommended b6 and half a unisom tablet. That worked for me. They also put my pregnant friend on it too. Apparently it puts your tummy to sleep. Good luck hope you feel better soon.

I always have that feeling.. But for the past week I have been really nausiated and have a hard time eating anything cuz I feel like I am going to vomit. The past 3 days each time I eat or drink something I get the runs. Anyone else going through this. I wondered if it were a virus.

I had my RNY on Dec. 3, 2003. Anywhoo-for 3 months I had constant nausea, vomitting, and diarreah. I was unable to keep anything down, even water. I had the Dr. so scared!!-he put a feeding tube in me, because by the beginning of Jan. I had lost 50 lbs. (that is just not healthy to lose that much in a month)-I was so severely dehydrated, and ill it was unbelievable. As it all turns out, I had a super serious case of pneumonia, dehydration, and my gall bladder needed to come out. All of these things combined caused it. I don't think you have anything like that, however dehydration can cause nausea, believe it or not. Could you be dehydrated? Or, do you still have your gall bladder? gall bladder can make you sick like that...just a thought
