Saggin Arms!
Oh..I know what you mean. I was amazed one morning when combing my hair when I notice the swinging skin YIKES!!! I too, do the hand dumbbells. In the evening when I sit down to watch a tv program I sit on the end of the couch and do various lifts. Also, doing arm circles forwards and backwards helps. I can say I can live more with the sagging arms then the droopy belly--once I hit goal weight I am getting that tummy tuck. Best of luck to you!
