How much have you lost???

depends on whose scale....according to mine....I weighed 252 on Xmas and surgery was 12/29. I was 249 for my official pre -op on 12/17. On my home scale I weighed 222 this morning.... only about 2-3 lbs loss in the past 2 1/2 weeks. so on my scaled about 30 lbs.....but nothing will be official til I weigh in April 6th at the surgeon's office. I got a 1 month, 3 months...not sure how long after that for the next weigh in.

I had my surgery on 12-15-03 and I've lost 47 lbs. Sometimes I get to feeling like I'm losing really slow. It helps to see what the other December surgeries are doing. Congrats to you! Mindy

I have lost 36 LBS, my surgery was 12/29/03, and still losing. Goodluck to all.

congrats to all. 2/17/03 here and down 49lbs. I too feel like it's going slow, but it was explained to me that after a drop like that in two months you have to give your body time to catch up and you will hit a platue and go into like a hibernation phase. Let's just all hold tight, keep losing, and supporting each other. Yippy for everyone !!!!!!!

Fantastic everyone!!! I have lost 68 pounds to date. My surgery was 12/11/03. 305 now 237. This is unbelievable. Thank you God for making this operation possible. I am flying to Florida next week and hoping the seatbelt fits! I am finding it hard to have any kind of body image. My brain cannot really tell what I look like. Anyone else feeling this way? LOL Cathy

Hi. I am also finding it hard to have any kind of body image. I am down 61.5 since 12-15-03 and still can't see a difference. The good thing, I am down 5 sizes. That helps a little. Kim
