Iron Deficient

Does anyone else have this problem??? My iron is totally in the toilet. So now I have to take ucky supplements. So how is everyone else doing??

Hello, I also have to take iron suppliments as I have been anemic for YEARS. I never took them before surgery, even though I was supposed to because they made me throw up. SO, I looked around and found one that I CAN take. You can get it at GNC, I even asked the guy, If these make me throw up, can I bring them back, he said yes! I was REALLY surprised when I was able to take them with NO NAUSEA or throwing up. OK the product is... GNC Ironchel 18 It is gentle and highly absorbable. 18 MG capsules (daily 100%) that do not stick, easy to swallow. I got 90 capsules for $5.99! Good AND cheap! Can't beat that! Hope this helped!
