YUMMY FOOD TIP!

Ok I was on here the other day and got some good advice. I have been eating the wrong foods and I'm just about 3 weeks out.. So I went shopping and found some pre cooked shrimp.. It is made my sea pak and it is Marinated Shrimp Garlic/Herb.. YUMMMMMMMMMM cant describe these little treats.. I can only eat 5 shrimp. But a serving size is 14.. So the break down for 5 is 32 calories. 1.07 fat point.7 carb (not even 1 carb) and 4.6 protein now this is per 5 shrimp.. Omg they are really good.. I ate those and I ate 1/2 of a small (really small) baked potato.. Now I know I should have left the baked potato off but I didnt know what else to fix with it.. It is a start.. Im searching for low carb recieps with this shrimp.. Good luck to everyone Hope this helps someone.. Im going to eat them again tonight ... Any suggestion for a side dish? I am told these taste like real mashed potatoes... Cauliflower mashed taters recipe anything with a *** is optional a head of cauliflower Cut just the florets Boil them until they are VERY soft 1 tsp butter **1tbsp sour cream a tiny bit of half and half **bacon bits **chives salt and pepper to taste. If they are too thick, thin them out with half and half. Wendy
