6 Weeks Today!

I just had my 6 week aptt and I lost 36 pounds! Yippee for me! What a hard 6 weeks it has been. Looking forward to the future.

Charlene, The 13th was also my 6 week mark and we are losing at about the same rate! Congrats on the loss and the good attitude! It's so important to stay positive and focused, I have found! Good luck to you, girlie! Wendy Dracut,MA

I also had surgery on the 2nd of December. I go back to the doctor on Tues. to see how much I have lost. Congrats!!!! Nanci
