I'm a little over 1 month myself (12/8) and when I was full liquids, I drank anything that was liqud. Won-ton soup, egg drop soup, etc. I would take any kind of soup and strain out the liquid and drink it so I was getting my protein. White grape juice with protein powder. Liquid yogurt. There are also some spiced broths. I'm on soft foods now so it is easier. Good luck to you.
