I WAS WONDERING IF THAT WAS CONSIDERED TO HAVE TOO MUCH SUGAR.???? I DIDNT KNOW THIS BOARD EXISTED IM SO GLAD I SEEN IT UNDER THE STATE MESSAGE BOARDS.. WE ARE ALL AROUND THE SAME TIME FRAME IN OUR JOURNEY! I WILL BE HERE MORE OFTEN! THANKS IN ADVANCE FOR ANY HELP KIM
Hi Kim,
I had muscle spasms & I used a heating pad for them. Just be careful not to set it on high. Low or medium is hot enough.
As far as sugar free hot chocolate, I use Swiss Miss brand ( found in most super markets around here) and I add 1/3 cup of dry milk to boost up the protein. I can't remember if it actually is sugar free or no sugar added. If it is no sugar added I don't worry about it anyway. It is natural sugars, probably from the milk. It hasn't caused a problem for me. I can drink this but cannot handle the prepared protein drinks. YECH!

I bought SF swiss miss (or no sugar added) at Walmart Super Center yesterday. That was the ONLY SF kind available.
I think that most things under 10 sugars should be ok...they say you can drink DILUTED fruit juices and they are EXTREMELY high in sugars even at 1/2 strength so I would think that would be safe to start.....I have been adding things this week that have no more than 5 sugars and have been fine...plus I drink it over such a long period of time that it isn't all at once.
You may be in pain from sleeping funny--are you able to lie in your normal sleeping positions without pain or are you compensating for something?
The cramp on the left side I know. I had it so bad to sit or drive was killing me. My doc said that alot of times when they do the stiches your muscle can get a little pulled on. Once the stches dissolve or whatever it does go away. Now if you start to vomit or cannot hold anything down call your doc that could be something more serious. Well hope I helped.
