2 weeks post-up

I am 4 weeks post-op today. I weighed 275 the day before surgery, 270 after that nasty phospho soda, 286 when I came home from surgery and 250 today. I have tolerated all foods I have tried, whi*****ludes meat, as long as I watch the fat/grease content. I am now working on upping my water as it is now getting easier for me to drink a little quicker.
