Surgery on Thursday - December 4th

Hi - My surgery is on December 4th - I cannot believe it is almost here. I am very calm and yet excited. I am not nervous at all. I just know all will go well. I just want to tell all the other December Surgery Babies out there that I will be thinking of all of you and praying for all of you to have very successful surgeries and speedy recoveries. Kathy, Good luck on the 4th sweety. I'll be at my Doc's for the final visit before surgery on the 12th. 'blink' I think on the surface I'm not nervous but underneath I am. a little. lol Not of the actual surgery, of the pain after LOL! and the massive changes in life in general that are bound to happen. Hi there!!! Well, I will be having my surgery on the 4th as well, and I too, am getting a bit nervous and a little excited. Funny how you seem so anxious for this to happen and when it creeps up on you, you get this nervous bug, but I guess it is like that with every surgery, very normal I guess!! Anyway, I wish you all the luck in the world and hope for the both of us that we have an uneventful speedy recovery!!!

I'm having my surgery on the 4th, also. I'm getting fairly nervous. I'm really only nervous about the "what if's"... the worst case scenario. I keep reading journals on this site to keep me focussed on the positive things I have to look forward to, and not the fear of surgery. Good luck to you! See you on the other side ;o) - Beth
