December 15 is real OMG!

RNY lap coming up. GULP! After the insurance fight I can hardly believe that surgery is going to happen. Anyone else out there waiting for a shoe to drop- for your surgeon to move to Mongolia? For your insurance company to bankrupt on the eve of surgery? I am an Irish pessimist. I won't believe it till I wake up in recovery. LOL Christie

December 15th is my date as well, an open RNY. I am sending a few prayers your way and to your surgeon as well! I am expecting I'll get the flu or something but I'd better not - afraid the insurance co won't approve it for next year. Good luck to you! Maryl
