I HAVENT SMOKED SINCE MY SLIPUP LAST WEEK AND NO EVEN THINKING ABOUT IT MOSTLY... I HAD MY NUTRION CLASS ON THURSDAY AND IT WAS ALOT TO GRASP... 60 GRAMS OF PROTEIN ... WHAT IS THE BEST TYPE AND WAY TO GET YOUR PROTEIN IN DAILY...

I plan to use the various protein powders that are available. I will specifically be starting off with Champion Pure Whey in chocolate and vanilla flavors. I have added some others to my pantry to make ready for my December 8 surgery date. You can order samples from www.vitalady.com or www.wlssuccess.com to help you narrow down flavors that you like or hate. I will also be eating good foods as I am allowed, but will always supplement my diet with the protein shakes (I mix with water and not milk to keep calories and sugar down). Good luck. Sandra

My surgeon's office is now reccomending the protein powder from www.unjury.com 20 grams a serving with skim milk it's close to 30, so just need to shakes a day to make 60 grams.
