December 2and ???

I thought everything was set. I had an appointment to meet with the doctor my surgery date set and then the nurse called to tell me the doctor had a parent teacher confrence,and that she would call Monday and give me a new appointment. Monday came and went I called three times each day finally on Thursday she called and said she was leaving the doctor that Friday and I would have to speak to him and it was not her problem. I still have not heared from any one and the doctors voice mail is full. All I can do is cry I dont know what to do now!! Does anyone have some advice for me??

Sarah- What Doctor/Clinic are you going through? Don't let this get you down. Hang in there!! I am going through Dr Tom Jones at Methodist Hospital. If you don't receive any response from your doctor soon contact the Bariatric Department at Methodist. They are quick, friendly and caring. Sweetie I'm sorry. I posted to your support page before I got to read your post here. I hope things work out for you. I am also in IL, if you can maybe you should contact Melinda McFarland, or you could go through Peoria Surgical Group. I only had one gripe with them and actually it was just my own impatience working against me. But I hope you get ahold of your doc and get things worked out. Lots of hugs Penny
