Anyone having surgery 12/16/03?

I'm scheduled for surgery in Jupiter, FL on December 16, 2003 for LAP-RNY I'm getting sooooooo excited, soooooooo nervous, sooooooooo emotional. Wow, what an emotional roller coaster. Geesszzzzzzzz who would ever have thought? (Laughing) I can hardley wait for it to be completed. This system really tests your patience, doesn't it? (Smiling) Thanks for all the support.

Hi JoAnn, I am also having surgery on December 16th in New York. I too am very nervous, but I am going for it, My family thinks I should wait until the summer when I will have more vacation time. I am scared to put this off until them so I am going to go for it. How much time are you going to take to recuperate. Good Luck, Deedee Moore
