Pre-op instructions???????

Hi All! I was wondering if anyone has received their pre-op instructions & what they were. Do you have to drink Magnesium Citrate & go on liquid diet before surgery? I'm stilll not sure what my surgeon requires, I was just wondering what everyone else had heard or been instructed. All I've heard is that it's pretty nasty (whatever it is)?? Another "something" to look forward to . We just keep smilin Take care all! {{{hugz}}}

Yes clear liquid diet the day before and that citrate stuff-yucky- and the normal check up routine in the hospital the week before surgery. Mine is Dec. 9th woohoo.
