My Date is December 17th

I can't believe this is really happening. I'm excited, nervous, scared, questioning, excited again. My family is supportive (they say) but none of them seem to be happy I got my date they just say "Oh okay". Maybe if they showed some excitement it would help. Oh well I just can't wait to be on the losing side of the game. I'm so tired of be tired and in pain. Good luck to all of you having surgery and hoping for a speedy recovery for you.

Hi My date is also on dec 17 Iam happy,scared you name it Iam it. My family is right behind all the way, but I to saw some looks that I did not like and when I asked them about it, They said they are scared. We talked about it and found out that we all felt the same way. Hang in there. there are so many people pulling for you. It is truly amazing. God Bless. Kristen

Hi there, My date is also December 17th and I am scared as well. I am also very excited, its a weird mixture of emotions but I know I will tough it out and get on with my life. My partner is very nervous and I can tell by his eyes...but it will be ok and we will come through this. Once I'm home from the hospital and get into a routine with the clear liquid diet I will be fine. It's hard work, but I know that I want to do everything the way they tell me so I can get rid of this weight once and for all. I know it is a tool that sets us up to win, but it is a major surgery and it will be a long road. I will be reading the list of names of all those who are on the same date as me, light a candle for us, and send healing loving energy for a successful surgery and a speedy recovery. Lorrie

Hello, this is my first post ever to this site. I wanted to say that my date is the same too, Dec. 17th. I have been very excited right up until a few days ago, now I am getting very, very nervous for this. But deep down I know that I'm so ready for this! Good Luck!!!
