Ready or Not?? Here Comes Dec. 4th.....

Sharon Griggs Sierra Vista, AZ Dr. Juarez, St Lukes, Phoenix Open RNY 12/04/2003 I just need to remember to breath.... and take lots of deep breaths.... I am beginning to feel a bit overwhelmed.... and a bit nervous.... I am on oxygen and the last time I had surgery I ended up on a respirator and that was not fun!!! As if surgery isn't enough I found out today I will have to change apartments the 1st of January.... I knew the Dr. said I would have to "move" after surgery.... but I never knew he would mean I would need to take all my belongings with me.... Guess I know what I will be doing the rest of this month.... sorting and starting to pack..... before surgery..... Good Luck to all those who will have surgery on the same day as me.... is anyone else having theirs at St. Lukes in Phoenix???? Smiles.. Sharon

I am having surgery the same day as you are, at st lukes. My dr is Dr Fang. Same office as Dr Juarez. I am having mine done lap though. I am anxious about the surgery. I sure hope I am doing the right thing. I sure hope you have lots of help for your move. I dont know about you, but I am totally in the dark about diet or anything I am suppose to do after the surgery. I only met with my Dr. once. I have some kind of a training class two days before my surgery, but that is so close to the surgery date. I was hoping to be prepared by getting all of my food etc. Well good luck to you, I am sure I will see you there. Sandi
