Happy Holidays to all!

Hi there to all my friends here on this Message page and others *****ad this. How was everyones holidays? Mine was great. My boyfriend made a Goose and it was just too greasy for me to eat. I had the remaining stuff he made, but eating is just not the same anymore. I am happy and healthy,so thats OK for me. Did anyone else have trouble eating? I went out with family yesterday and watched my neice who is one year post-op eat a big steak. I was so jealous. I just can't eat it. Oh well. Life goes on. How is everyone doing with their weight? I am up a few pounds. I was up about 10 pounds but I have taken a few off. Anyway Happy Holidays and Happy New Year to all! beer: to all.

Hi Lorraine: I'm just now reading your holiday post. I hope you had a good start to this new year. My hubby and I were talking about my food relationship now....I told him that it's not that I don't want to eat....but even now four years out from surgery....I can't eat some foods or in normal amounts. Many people say I still eat "like a bird"....My weight is stable, though.....I'm doing a lot with work, school, housekeeping, yardwork, mother and grandmother duties......and having enough energy to keep up at nearly 58.
