Okay, It's Monday, I am going to be accountable for everything I do if possible daily with you guys. This is my plan!
1. Centrum Silver twice daily.
2. Calcium Supplement twice daily.
3. 60 Grams Protein Daily.
4. NO LESS than 64oz. water daily
5. Knock off the junk food and the nervous snacking. When I want to put a Cheese-it in my mouth I will grab water instead.
