I'm taking charge! This week I will lose at least one pound. I will monitor and write down what I eat daily, I will get up and exercise! I will get back on track! I will take my vitamins and minerals. Get in 60 grams of Protein each day and drink the water! I will leave the carbonated drinks on the shelf. This is the start of a new day! Won't you join me???? Come on...You have done this before. The Tool still works....You may have changed your habits back but you can unchange them! Let's Do THIS!

Lisa, I am here with you girl! I am leaving in the morning for Jamaica. All my clothes fit but are a bit tight. I will start when I return on Friday. We are celebrating by boyfriends 50th birthday. I usually lose weight when I go away, but I am with you.
