Hi Jo,
If your BMI is in a healthy range (since you didn't mention how tall you are) and your labs are okay then your body has found a weight that it likes. I, too, lost a considerable amount below my surgeon's goal (his goal 134) and was concerned about looking anorexic (and I did) at 110 pounds. After my gall bladder came out I gained about ten pounds which put me at a more comfortable weight (120-125) for my 5'5 1/2". I've been stable at that same weight for over two years. I've NEVER been able to accomplish that before.
Congratulations on maintaining a stable weight.

I was 299 and am now at 128. I struggle to stay there, at 5'4". I wear a 2/4 pant and a 6/8 top, due to my arms. I just take the sides in to make the top fit correctly. As long as your labs are good, you feel good and you are eating healthy, then don't worry. It's where your body wants to be. Remember how it was when we couldn't fit into booths, or find decent clothes, or if we did, they looked horrible? And how we struggled just to walk up stairs, or go shopping, and the awful stares? What kind of stares are you getting now, little Tinkerbell? Same kind I get, when my 13 year old grandson thinks I look like a teenager from a distance. So revel in your pixie body, and keep it healthy. Enjoy your life and being a size '0'? Have fun being tiny.
