Hi everyone, I'm sorry I forgot to come here and mention my 1st anniversay day. I have loss 170 lbs my first yr. and because today is 1/9/04 my loss is now 175 lbs in 13 months. I just like to say hang in there and be determined to get to goal. you can do it. I have more to loss. and I KNOW I will get there. (smile) take care**Hugs** 400/225/-175

I guess I'm talking to myself, Yelp! I'm 14 months out and have loss 185 lbs Yayyyyyyy! I'm trying to loss 16 more to enter into the 100's. wish me luck.

I wanted to wish you luck with your weight loss. I had my surgery on Dec 16 2002, same month as you. I remember when I got below 200. I cried and screamed and thanked the Lord.
