Anniversary News

Hello to all of my December 2002 WLS friends. On December 12, I celebrated my one year anniversary of having open RNY gastric bypass surgery. To date I have lost 92# and 73 1/2 inches. I have surgery dates for both a breast reduction and an abdominoplasty the first part of the new year. If I had it to do all over again, I certainly would. The surgery has saved my life and gotten me off all of my medications. I hope everyone else is doing well too. Happy Holidays to all. Anne M. Smith

I have been so bad about posting! But congratulations to all my "loser" sisters and brothers. I turned "one" on December 10th with 164lbs gone forever! This past year has been one of many transitions, but I too would go back and do it ALL (including the pain) over again, to feel half as good as I do now! This surgery was such a blessing to me.
