Anniversary date approaching

Hi all, I've been so busy these past few months I haven't had time to post or even visit the site. My anniversary date is 12/17. 1 year ago. I've lost about 110lbs. I wi**** were more but I'm truly grateful for the surgery and my surgeon, Ruary O'Connell. It's been a wonderful year. I can do so much now because I'm getting healthy and losing weight. Hi Beth. Well today is my anniversary also. I am doing great. I have lost 214 pounds and am into a 2X shirt. I cant believe it. There are so many wonderful things. Well I hope you continue to do well. Mike Norton

Hey Beth, CONGRATS on your 1 year! It is my one year too. I went from a 3-4X size and now am down to a size 14. I feel great! Glad you are doing wonderfully. Keep up the good work! Jill
