I had my surgery 12/11/02 and I am down 100lbs with 30 more to go. Is anyone else still experiencing a lack of energy due to lack of calories? I wouldn't trade the weight loss for anything, I am just wondering if I am the only one who is still tired....and all my blood/vitamin levels are normal.

I had my surgery 12/23/02 and I have lost 135 pounds to date (40 til goal) and I am tired all the time these days. My blood/vitamin levels are normal as well. But I still have a very hard time making it through the day. I'd like to know what we can do to increase our energy levels.

I try to make sure I get enough sleep (8 hours each night). I also walk 1 mile to work and 1 mile home from work every day, as well as walking the dog 1-2 miles every day. I believe that all of the walking is giving me energy. I don't usually feel tired. -Beth
