Hi hi to all! Our one year anniversary is sneaking up on us...
I too have plateaued at 168 lbs and have hit the work out hard. Also going back to Low fat and not trying any of the other stuff. I reall want to hit my doctors goal not to mention mine wich is a tad lower. I hope I can but never the less am very pleased with my weight loss and would do it all over again in a heart beat. Good for you on hitting the gym again. It is hard sometimes.. I kinda go in sperts. I work out for a month then take a couple of weeks off. But I do believe that I have new habits that are much healtier. Good luck to all. And congrats on our up and coming YEAR date.
