6 mo out & now I am pregnant... Yikes!!!

Everything has been wonderful - I've lost 63# and have not really had any complications. My husband & I thought we were being careful enough - but obviously weren't. I just took a test and it was positive. my next move is to move up my surgeon's check-up visit and my obgyn appt both to this week if possible. I am scared but quite excited.
