Low Grade fevers can be normal. I had one for a couple days. Keep monitoring it though if it hits 101 or more then it's cause for concern.

I had a gastric bypass on November 5th, came home feeling pretty good, but for the last 4 days I have had a low grade fever which is completely sapping my energy. It's like I have the flu and everything feels like a massive effort. Doc says it's not uncommon and doesn't seem to be concerned...anyone else go through this?
Keep in your thoughts and prayers. Leaving in a couple of hours for the hospital. Nervous and excited at the same time.
So, by this time you are out of surgery and resting in your hospital room. Hope you are doing well.

I added you to my youtube channel (I have nothing on my channel but my daughters 2 OLD vids...I'm thinking I need to document this experience so I could be adding to it)...
