Getting Closer and Closer.....

Hello! My surgery day is November 10th and I'm clutching my protein shake as I type! I just found out this afternoon. I'm having chocolate premier protein from Sam's Club. Surgery is happening in Savannah, GA.

Best of luck in your journey! How are the premier shakes? I tried Unjury and seem to like that, hoping it stays that way post op.

I'm having the VSG on Nov 12th! I start my pro-op all liquid diet tomorrow, and I too will be drinking the chocolate Premier Protein Shakes. They are actually pretty dang good. I used to drink a Slim Fast for breakfast and when I started this process over 6 months ago, I started using the Premier Protein instead. I am just hoping that I will still like them after I have surgery so I don't have to try to find something new.

Hi everyone. My surgery is scheduled for November 10th. Only 12 days away! I started my pre-op diet on Monday and it's been going good. Thankfully my pre-op diet does include real foods it's not just liquids. So far I have lost 4lbs already.

Hello, my surgery is on the tenth also. Where are you having it? I'm going to Toronto.

I'm having RNY on Nov. 25th!  I wish I was getting excited already, but so far I'm totally unaffected by it.

I am getting the sleeve on November 3rd.  I am already sick of the Premier Protein shakes and I've only been on them for 9 days!  I think I'm starting to panic a little!
