Just got a November Surgery Date!!

I just got my date too! November 21st. I can't believe it's really happening!

Hi! Checking in again. We have the same surgery date, Nov 20th! How are you preparing? My final pre-op visit is this coming Tuesday. I still have so many questions, like what to eat pre-op, how much to expect to lose the first few months...etc. I'm so overwhelmed and anxious but very excited too!

Hello!  My surgery date is 11/18.  I'm also having the Vertical Sleeve.  Very nervous...especially because I dont know whether I'm eating the right things 2 weeks post op.  I've only had 1 protein shake, which was an Atkins banana/strawberry flavored drink, and it was horrible.  I really have to get used to those.  I'm feeling so lost about what I should be eating right now.  All feedback is GREATLY appreciated.  So nervous!
