I am close....11/16/11 with my first adjustment a month later. I am currently at 4cc and thinking about having it tightened.

mine fell off so fast the first 3 months. almost 90 lbs then just stopped for almost 3 weeks and now is loseing again but not as fast as before. im 6 lbs away from my goal of 100 lbs lost! ill tell u what everyone told me . i changed my diet a little, no carbs mostly meat for a while, more watter, burn calories, it freaked me out too but i noticed even though i wasnt loosing pounds my body was shifting and i was loseing inches still. keep reminding yourself how far u have allready come and dont get discouraged. good luck!

hi there, I had surgery nov 4 2011, I started out at 380 (disgusting eh) and lost 15lbs on the 3 week pre surgury liquid diet,I am now down to 302, and my weight loss has come to a new stand still . I am dying to get under 300 lbs. i know what your going thru , wondering when the weight loss will start up again,I was told the first18 months the weight would just fall off...

My VSG was done 11/10/2011 , I feel great. My weightloss has slowed down to 1 pond a week these past two weeks. I have constipation issues that I have been working on thanks to Milk of Magniesa and fiber powder. Drinking more water also helps too. lol I just walk and no gym workouts yet, I fatuigie easy. Today I went mall walking, felt real good, so I will try swiming at the gym as soon as I get the swim suit I ordered.
