Nervous and excited!! Only 18 more days to go! I start a 2 week liver shrinker diet on Monday 11/14, using OptiFast shakes per my surgeon. Oh and I am going to Disneyland the week before surgery, time is going to fly.

HW: 295 / SW: 273 / CW: 169.4 / GW: 140 / Dream Goal: 120
Height: 5'3.5" - *22lbs of my weightloss was lost pre-surgery.

Good luck...you are the day before me! I only have to do a week of the liquid stuff (I'm so glad). I'm on day 2 and i'm ready for a steak...LOL. Not much longer for both of us...then the real fun begins!!! Have a great weekend!
