I'm Nov 17th too!!!
My surgery is at 8:00 am - first of the day.
Nervous and excited and scared all at the same time.
Have been on the pre-op liquid diet for a week now.
Has not been all bad.

November 3 at noon (VSG)! At this point, I can't tell if I am nervous or excited or both! :)

Well....just got my phone call saying I'm approved. YEA!!!!! Only 1 hour after seeing the psychologist. This is very exciting and nerve racking at the same time. I go for my tests on the 3rd, hope everything checks out!

Well gang, Monday is the 1st of November, OUR month! I just wanted to send out prayers and well wishes to ALL of us for a smooth, complication free surgery and hopefully an easy transition to our new lives. I am still nervous but soooo ready to get some weight off , start feeling better and have more energy. So LET"S GO!

No, i'm on a strict version of atkins...replacing 2 meals with the atkins shake and for my other meal having a small piece of meat and some veggies. Get to have a couple snacks during the day though so it's not so bad. have lost 10 lbs since the 18th though so that's exciting!
