Got my surgery date... Yaaaaaay..

I got my surgery date. It is November 8th and I am soo excited.That day will be the beginning of a long and happy life. I will be able to finally get my weight off so I can be healthy and happy for my kids.. I cant wait to play football will my boys.. I am so Happy...

Getting the date is such a big deal - it seems to take so long to arrange everything that it's such a relief to be able to start planning life again.

My surgery is Nov 17 - I am so excited and nervous.

Hi Ima_totalgeek (lol),Congrats on your date. I am totally excited and cant wait till I am on that table. I am so ready to start my new life and be happy. So where are you from? BTW what is your real name? Talk to you soon. It was nice to meet ya.

My name is Christine, I'm from Toronto,(Canada).  I totally understand about "being on the table"  I can't wait either.  I'm also looking forward to starting the liquid diet - I know it's going to be hard - but at least then it will feel closer and like I'm doing something real related to the surgery.  I'm on the liquid 3 weeks before so I know it's going to be hard - but it's worth it.  In some ways it may be easier - at least I don't need to worry about what to pack for lunch.
