Hey my November Family.........
Its that time to mark our calender down for our surgeries. Its Oct 1st. Yiiiiiippppeeeee. Today's
post will be about SUPPORT! This is the most important thing we will need in our journey. I really didnt think so but witout my kids, friends and also family I would have gave up along time ago. Do you all go to support groups? If so tell us hows it goin? For those that dont I suggest we do.....see I need to go too and I will be goin next wednesday. Just to hear more info that I may have miss and get any more questions I have.. answered. So to everyone that have a date on Nov 1st u have 30 days exactly
. So lets kick our support this month and get our seats on the loser bench warming up cuz its gettin cold outside brrrr.
Btw if you dnt like how I did this post plz let me knw. I will like all comments on to make it better and more funnier. Also ideas for next topic....... Congrats to all that have a date or will have date with us. Until tomorrow....

I don't know why but I have been fighting off (mostly successfully, so far) the temptation of "going crazy", especially with all the halloween candy on the shelves. It's EVERYWHERE!
It's never screamed my name so loudly before...maybe it's because it was always there, always something I could (and let's face it....DID) have but now, I know it, along with it's cousins (other sugar laden junk food) will no longer be a major part of my life. This is crazy. I've been using my "stress ball" like crazy. I've already destroyed one but the good news is that my grip is probably iron-man.
Yeah, I have 3 appointments between now an surgery on Nov 10. On Oct 23, I meet with nutritionist for pre-op diet. Oct 29 is the appointment at the hospital including meeting with the anesthesiologist (ie, the candyman, heh) and Nov 3 is the pre-op appointment with the surgeon.
Also, I've been advised to get a flu and pneumonia shot within the next week (sooner is better than later).
So busy, busy, busy.. :) Suzette
