I'm supporting my baby........but wooooooo, this is hard as sh**! I smell bacon right now and i wanna run to the kitchen and get some.....but, I'm not cuz she's watching me

about 6 16oz bottles of water
3 shakes
played basketball for about 2hr......I'm hurting rite now
had a V8 b4 i went to bed

I didn't get to walk this morning its snowing... brrrrrr! I usually walk for an 1 hrs and a half but I guess today will be a inside workout day. So I will bust out my Turbo Jam DVD and get this party started. Punch, kick and sweat! 
I will have my shakes and water as usually. I have been struggling to get in my shakes. Protesting not being able to eat so yesterday I just drank water. I am 7lbs away from my goal today and 12 days away from my Surgery date! Yippy! Trying to stay motivated, and strong. This liquid diet is no joke. I just gotta take it day by day and stick with it. Day 3... WE got this!

P.S.- I AM SO HUNGRY RIGHT NOW! LOL

Ok fine, I will give up my 8oz of meat and light food to show some love on the liquid diet. I mean, I have to do it in 12 days anyhow LOL!
Alrighty I am gonna hit you up for what you're doing and I will join the liquid dieters. Not because I have to, but because maybe I will not miss food so dang much afterwards? I only have 4 lbs more to lose until surgery day, but I want to FAR exceed that!

Congrats on your date, mine is the day before, NOV 2. I'm so nervous. I'm fortunate and didn't have to do a liquid diet, but I've cut down my food intake by ALOT. I've totally given up caffinated products and also carbonated ones and all white carbs. So basically all I'm eating is 4 oz meat at lunch and dinner w/a veggie and usually scrambled eggs for breakfast or a protein shake. I've taken myself off all my meds (my hormone pills are gone...my poor family!)
Anyhow, things are going well, I'm down 6 lbs in only a few days. I haven't exercised much, I pulled my hamstring and damaged my MCL (knee) UGH talk about a set back.
I hope you are doing well, and good luck to all of us NOV surgeries! I can't wait!

Hey Heather, thanks! Its going to be like a birthday for me as well, it will be the start of my new life! Congrats on your tentative gift and that is a great Christmas present!

Goodmorning ladies I see we all posted different places. I'm referin to the ladies thats doin the liquid diet. Ok when u see this....... post ur intakes under here thats how we can keep track of all we doin. I'm hopin to see all ur posting tonite. good luck ladies

You KNOW it! I am freaking out. But in a good way, if that makes sense! I see my Dr. tomorrow, pre-op is already done. You will have alot less questions after that appointment. I am working on clearing my cubboards. Good luck Friday and I will let you know how it goes for me tomorrow. TTYS!
