Well. I have lost 17lbs of the 15-20lb weight loss before my surgery. My pre-op appointment went ok. We met for maybe 15 min, signed some paperwork and that was pretty much it. I have to take some magnesium citrate the day before surgery, not to happy about that. Well until tomorrow.

Heck yea its for birds.........but I'm good and feelin ok. I have been walkin in the mall earlier mornings wit my aunt. We do 3 laps around so that makes 2 miles. I have lost 2 pds just as well so yea me. lol

Congrats on your surgery date! I am also concerned with how my recovery will be cause my family is all about the holiday gatherings but I'm convinced that everything will work out for the best.

Hey all you with November surgery dates!!! Count me in. I've got my surgery on the last day of November!!
I'm so excited. It's going to be so interesting going through the holidays knowing that I will already have the best gift possible. The chance to be a healthier me!!! I just hope that I will feel like doing all the celebrating that goes with the month of December. (I'm hoping not to be too tired, sore, or sick.) I'm such a social gal that I can't imagine missing out.
