I've been taking Tylenol PM this week to be able to sleep. Yes, I'm SOOO excited. The way my bariatric group works is that I have a half-day of pre-op appointments tomorrow -- blood test, meeting with a nutritionist etc. So today was my last day of work for a few weeks...FINALLY! God be with us all that our doctors have their best concentration and do their best work! God bless.

Congratulations. Try to walk as often as you can tolerate. Th trapped gas may be the cause of your discomfort. Another suggestion is to rock gently in a rocking chair. I had my RNY on the same day. I find if I walk after I drink my protein shake, that fullness passes. Good luck- Laura

How is everyone doing today? Any nerves? I couldn't sleep last night but really tired and hopefully won't be up thinking about it all tonight. Can't wait to call the hospital tomorrow and find out my surgery time...

Topic: Super nasty magnesium citrate & when is it enough? TMI
Surgery 8am & I am still trying to gag my way through a bottle of grape flavored Citroma. I figured grape was better than lemon. Perhaps I was wrong. I have only had about 40% of the bottle. I no longer have a gallbladder so I'm not sure if yellow liquid is ok or if I should finish off the bottle. ick
