Looking forward to the next few weeks to see what they bring. The biggest change for me over the time I was stalling to now is my fluid intake. I was having trouble drinking the 64 oz. my doctor wanted me to but now I am exceeding that and think that might be why I am losing again!
Would love to hear anyone else's WOW moments! :)

Melissa- How’s the pain around your belly button doing?!? Mine did the red, itchy thing for a while, I would bathe it with hydrogen peroxide twice a day when I showered and it helped SO much but it didn’t really hurt. L I still have a little numbness around my belly button and the larger incision on my left side but that’s normal. Hope you are doing better!!!
Joan- Sounds like we have the same little pouch! Everything so far is pretty easy to go down, just little bites, I did have a bite of the inside of an apple pie and polly (what I’ve affectionately named my pouch) did not like it much, I didn’t get sick but I didn’t feel very good!!! Won’t be eating that again! I was sorta worried if I didn’t have that “dumping" if I was okay to eat everything if eventually that’d be a problem but I feel great that I can have a bite of something I really love and not have it bother me and be totally satisfied!
JustaSweety- First of all, CONGRATS on the insulin going bye-bye, so very awesome, by far one of the most awesome things about this surgery!!! I am so very happy for you. Is it not the greatest feeling when you realize you are on the floor playing with your kids and think… wow, I don’t want to climb back up on the coach and take a break, I feel great!!! By far, that is my most I’m thankful for, giving me more quality time with my daughter! Thank goodness for this forum, right?!? So nice to hear people are in the same boat as you, I am sure we have lots of plateaus in our future but lots and lots of weight loss too! So great!
