I cant believe its all over and everything went good. Thank you god! I came home Wednesday at 1:00, but went to pick my son up from daycare with the help of my mom, we also walked around the store to pick up some last minute things. Once I got home and took a shower my body was so drain and I was in allot of pain. I read on here about heating pads to help with the gas pain I will try that tonight. But is anyone bored of the clear liquid diet. I want to know how I can make it a little more interesting. My mom have been doing the cooking for the family and everything she cooks smells so good. Help me stay in control.

I am trying to stick to the diet too. It seems like everyone else's food smells so good.  My main thing is trying to get sugar-free things. They are so nasty to me. All I can say is stay strong and keep in mind your end result.

Thank you! Its hard and I'm trying to stay on track, but need allot of support right now. I wish their something out there that shows you ways of making the 3 weeks processes a little easier.

Try homemade broth or adding some veggies to the broth while boiling then strain them out. In the hospital they gave me Herbox chicken broth. It tasted really good. This time will be over before we know it.

I had surgery on 11/19 & have been home for a day & a half.  I'm having issues with pain, so it hasn't allowed me to get up & around as much as I should.  I was sent home on a full liquid diet, instead of the clear liquid diet, which helps with adding a bit more variety into the food.  How long do you have to stay on the clear liquid diet?  Someone suggested to me Mrs. Grass soup (it comes in a box with a 'golden nugget' for extra flavor).  I cooked up some of that & just strained out the noodles & it tasted really good.  Maybe just finding some other options or varieties of the things you are eating will help you continue on.

This stage will be over before you know it & then you'll have more variety!  And if you ever need any support I'm here so please shoot me a message if you ever need to talk or just want someone to listen.
