Yummy protein shake recipes
For all the liquid puree people not sure if anyone has the book Weight loss surgery for dummies but it's a really good book and I came across a few protein shakes that sound really easy and yummy and have alot of protein. This book has alot of great information and recipes.
Chocoloate Peanut butter shake
2 scoops unjury chocolate
4 oz skim milk frozen into cubes
4 oz skim milk
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 pack sugar substitute

I make all types of protein shakes since I started my puree diet. Some days its the only way I can get in all my protein is to make a shake once a day and I sip on it then usually put it back in the fridge for later and will drink some later. I actually made the vanilla cappicino one and didnt like it. So for right now I just use Unjury vanilla or chocolate with skim milk in my little mixer or the carnation instant breakfast no sugar added one is so yummy! One day I put half a banana in my vanilla shake it was really good. I got my book at Books a million book store in Arundel mills its probably on Amazon. Another good book I have is called Before & after by Susan Maria Leach and I got that one online I think. Its all about her story with diary entries and then recipes and tips. I love that book also.
