November 2 Date

 My date is November 2 and I am getting nervous and excited!  I go to the Doctor on Thursday to check my weight because I will have been on two weeks of Optifast at that point.    Keep your fingers crossed that I have lost enough weight for the surgery to go on as scheduled!

 Are you excited or nervous or both?  I went to the doctor yesterday and have lost 13 pounds on my 2 weeks of optifast.  He seemed pleased with that and I stay on that for two more days and then do clear liquids on Sunday.  I am excited but I feel pretty apprehensive too.  I guess it is only normal.  It won't be much longer now!

Im Nov 2nd also. I met my goal of 15-20 lbs. I lost 17, you can do it, you have to! good luck!

OK...HOW DID IT GO? JUST CHECKING IN ON YOU.

 It went very well.  I am home now and am sore and sleepy.  I am sipping water and trying to walk a lot.
