Oct 19th liquid dieters post here
I didn't get to walk this morning its snowing... brrrrrr! I usually walk for an 1 hrs and a half but I guess today will be a inside workout day. So I will bust out my Turbo Jam DVD and get this party started. Punch, kick and sweat!
I will have my shakes and water as usually. I have been struggling to get in my shakes. Protesting not being able to eat so yesterday I just drank water. I am 7lbs away from my goal today and 12 days away from my Surgery date! Yippy! Trying to stay motivated, and strong. This liquid diet is no joke. I just gotta take it day by day and stick with it. Day 3... WE got this!

Ok Ladies I am on board on this liquid thing! Met with my surgeon yesterday and I don't have to, but may as well start dealing with the demons now!
Today I am drinking 5 protein shakes as instructed LOL and 64 oz water and plan to walk for an hour, maybe less if my knee is killing me (I tore my MCL a month ago).
I found a great Whey protein at Walmart that is vanilla. I am drinking it with sugar free V8 tropical splash. YUM! (no really, it's good!) Oh and I've lost a total of 7 lbs since Sunday! Go meeeee!
Today I am drinking 5 protein shakes as instructed LOL and 64 oz water and plan to walk for an hour, maybe less if my knee is killing me (I tore my MCL a month ago).

Ok so yesterday went really well but today I feel STARVED hahaha! But I'm still in good spirits. I'm down another 2 lbs this morning. It's hard NOT to weigh myself right now because I want to lose 20 lbs total before surgery day, which is 2x more than I'm supposed to. Ok I'm probably over do'n it!
I did walk around the football field for 45 min yesterday and my knee felt great! So, today I finish work, go home and grab my tennies and I'm off to walk again. Tonight I am the karaoke host because I'm covering while my dad is off. BEER...my weakness. But I'm going to drink a crap load of water and tell my friends I will be the DD.
Anyone else think this liquid diet is for the birds? LOL! I'll be fine...10 more days until surgery. Tomorrow I'm in single digits.
