I cant believe it .....u must read!

ok i have sum great news omg ...i even cant believe it. let me calm dwn wooo saaaa. i went to my antheshia appt today and was lil nervous about the weigh in part . the nurse ask me to get on the scale ok this is it u ready?     395wth!!!!!!!!! no more 400's thats wat im talkin about I have started at 434 to now be that.... im excited. So as u can read newbies or anyone wanna lose weight u can do it set the mind and the will power and u will suceed trust. I am starting the liquid diet once again on monday the 19th wit sum  oh friends like navywife and pkangel also my baby is doin it too even tho shes not havin surgery but here to lose sum pds and support. so ladies let get fired up november ladies get fired up. if any wanna join just pm me and i will tell u how were goin to do it . good luck to all!!!!!

GREAT job that must be a fantastic feeling!  I start my liquid diet Monday so I will be dialing in for support!  :)  Great job on the weight loss!  :)

Ok fine, I will give up my 8oz of meat and light food to show some love on the liquid diet.  I mean, I have to do it in 12 days anyhow LOL!

Alrighty I am gonna hit you up for what you're doing and I will join the liquid dieters.  Not because I have to, but because maybe I will not miss food so dang much afterwards?  I only have 4 lbs more to lose until surgery day, but I want to FAR exceed that!
